I am just getting started with Sky Spark and NHaystack. I have loaded the Jar, created a site in Nhaystack service, added equip. to the points folder, pulled some points into NHaystack and rebuild cache, all shows up in Jace, but when I pull the points into SkySpark there are no tags on my points? I added markers in the slot sheet of the spaceTemp/haystack slot.

Any suggestions?

What happens next is really dependent on what tools you have installed. In general with a vanilla SkySpark install, the learn tools are really only taking advantage of the point navigation in Niagara (which is really quite nice compared to how difficult it is get points out of Niagara with oBIX). But if you drop down a level, you can use the function haystackReadAll to suck that data straight into SkySpark for scripting your import. This is a technique covered in our training classes. If you have further SkySpark specific questions, probably better to ask on the SkyFoundry forum.
