Is there any date being set when Haystack 4 will be released?

The "official release" will be when community decides its ready for prime time. I'd like to see a couple of vendor/open source implementations first (like IETF requires) to prove out the design. I did the prototype, and we haven't even had time to roll it out into our own product for evaluation (but hopefully very soon). So I think it will take a solid year to really lock it down and get some implementations. But that said, its ready for people to start implementing and using right now.
