I would try upgrading to nhaystack version 2.1.2. There were security changes in both nhaystack and Niagara.

I replied to your other post as well. The issue is the same, I can't tell what's happening on the Niagara side. If you can provide the output of the Application Director from your Niagara instance then it might provide further information.
