Previously I was using Niagara 3.8.38 with which nhaystack 1.2.5 was working fine. After upgrading Niagara to 3.8.401 it gives error as " haystack::AuthErr: No suitable auth algorithm for: 302 ". Please provide some steps to resolve this.

Hi Nagesh,
Can I encourage you to try the latest build for Niagara AX which is 1.3.0. This is available on my BitBucket account here.
Let me know if you still have trouble even after installing that version.
Cheers, Richard

Dear Sir, Please provide the steps as we are facing the same error even after upgrading nhaystack to 1.3.0 version.

Hey Nagesh,
Try configuring the below settings to make this work for HTTP or HTTPS.
HTTP - for just http, make sure "Https Only" (if https is enabled at the same time) is disabled and Authentication Scheme is set to Basic. Then try disable and re-abling the connector.
HTTPS - for https, make sure to set Authentication Scheme to Basic. Then make sure to Https certificatate by using this tool Add Conn Cert.
Another thing would be to contact Tridium. This is something they keep changing. Before, users were having authentication issues between AX3.8.213 and AX3.8.311. To resolve that, they had to get the below patch from their Tridium vendor. Released around May 14, 2018. This resolved authentication issues.
