Verified that authentication scheme is basic. Tried http only, https only and both http and https. User has a full access permissions. ip/haystack/about reports ver::2.0: and other information.

We receive this error too. An upgrade to Niagara N4 / nHaystack 1.2.5 resolves the problem.

We've been seeing the same issue with our connection. Tridium running 3.8.213, we've tried both nHaystack 1.2.5 and 1.3.0, to no avail.
Bret, let us know if you find any resolution as well, and we'll keep looking on our end.

I have seen this same issue with the same versions of Niagara and nHaystack. Are there any other known resolutions other than upgrading to N4?

We receive this error too. An upgrade to Niagara N4 / nHaystack 1.2.5 resolves the problem.
