I'm attempting to use nhaystack on a Tridium 3.5.34 site. I downloaded and installed the latest nhaystack version 1.2.5 from the downloads page. The nhaystack version number shows up as 1.3.0 when I look on platform software manager. The conncurent jar 3.8.111 is also installed.
I am able to initialize the nhaystack service but I am not able to drop a site instance onto my station. What am I doing wrong?
The java version is j9 2.3.
also this is an npm2 jace.

Hi Cathy,
I'm not sure the approach you've taken will work. In general we are only supporting nhaystack with the later releases of Niagara AX and even Tridium, as I understand the situation, is encouraging everyone to upgrade to their long term support version of 3.8.
I haven't seen this error reported anywhere else so I can only think that it is specific to the platform you are trying to install it on.

Are you able to upgrade the Jace at all?
