Controllers that are PV systems, Wind systems, Hybrid systems do not have a specific tag. Actually Electrical Generation does not. In an effort to show environmental compliance, ROI, maintenance, it would be great to have tags that allow us to identify the different generation types, location, etc.

There is a proposal in progress to beef up a lot of that model (hopefully we will get it posted in next month). Stephen Frank has a working document, so if you are interested maybe you can work with him directly

For equip-level tags, I agree we should add them, but our working group hasn't done as much work with that (yet). See more extensive comments in the above post.
