Should isolation be used for an Isolation Damper in an ahu? As far as I'm aware, it's a Boolean point used on a damper to prevent back-flow on a fan.

I use isolation with damper when I come across a damper that is periodically used to isolate a section of ductwork served by an ahu that keeps operating to deliver air to another zone. I have always seen it used as a boolean point.

I recommend modifying the definition of isolation to the following:

isolation Indicates (1) a valve used to isolate a piece of equipment from a piping system or (2) a damper that isolates a section of ductwork.
