#366 Control Trends Presents the First Haystack Community Award at AHR 2016

John Petze Mon 25 Jan 2016

Project-Haystack is excited to announce the first ever Haystack award presented at the CTA Awards at the 2016 AHR in Orlando FL. The award recognizes a Haystack community member that has made exemplary contributions to the Project-Haystack open source project to enable device data to be self describing.

The recipient of the first ever Haystack award was Richard McElhinney, of Airmaster an Australian system integrator and mechanical service firm. Richard was one of the very first people to volunteer his time to work on the Haystack data modeling effort at its inception in 2011. Since then Richard’s company has joined Project-Haystack as a founding member and Richard has become a member of the Project-Haystack Board of Directors. The Haystack community thanks Richard for all of his support and effort - the award was well deserved.
