The Continental Automated Buildings Association - CABA is an international not-for-profit industry association dedicated to the advancement of integrated technologies for homes and buildings. Educational Institutions and public organizations, including utilities and government organizations are also members.

CABA agnostically encourages the development of industry standards and protocols, and leads cross-industry initiatives. CABA's mandate also includes providing its members and the industry with the largest “Internet of Things, Connected Homes, M2M and Intelligent Buildings” research library in the world. CABA's collaborative research scope has evolved and expanded into the CABA Research Program, which is directed by the CABA Board of Directors. Further, CABA provides the industry with marketing and networking opportunities through events, such as the "CABA Intelligent Buildings & Digital Home Forum”.
