I have read the documentation but I still don`t know how to start using Haystack tag model.
There is no step by step guide. How can one start using Haystack for example in Java environment? Do I have to download some libraries, where are them?

Elimir, how you might get started depends on where you fit into the ecosystem. Are you trying to develop products which implement the Haystack tagging model and protocol? Are you building an application or service to consume such information? Or are you just a system integration working with some BAS data?
If you are looking at implementations, then I would suggest you browse the Downloads sections for the various open source projects. There is a complete open source implementation of both client and server in Java for example.

Thanks for the reply! We are system integrators and we are currently looking for potential solutions and support for future needs in the field of human-machine interaction, exchanging data and information between home automation systems and information systems. We study your approach, so we will certainly have contact.

Well there are many products on the market which support Haystack, I believe there is a plan for making those easily discoverable as part of the non-profit's marketing efforts.
Even if you don't have Haystack enabled products, then I would suggest your organization move to define formal naming conventions for all points which will make it easier to add Haystack tagging to projects.
