Interesting proposal. Will you be calculating the angles continuously? You might try this format: sunAzimuthCur. This format could also be adopted with other celestial bodies.

I'm not calculating the angles, I retrieve them from the NiagaraAX Weather Service's SunPosition. I hope I understood your question?

I was under the impression that it was better to tag separate words rather than a combined word like "sunAzimuthCur" or "sunElevationCur" so that it's retrievable with filters like "cur and elevation" or "sun and elevation".

Are those really points that we need to model? They seem more like calculations you compute from a lat/lng and timestamps
