I created a python module to connect to haystack server and actually I'm able to grab histories and use pandas to play with numbers.
As I'm using Niagara AX, there's actually only one client implemented that work with AX.
Before releasing it to public domain, I want to test it with others so we could do some adjustments. I also want to know how many of you are interested in participating to development of the module.
Please contact me if you are interested.
Some details about Python
Using Python, it's really easy to build small scripts to analyse data from a station. Pandas is a Python library that is made for data analysis. Really powerful with time series. There's plenty of function that make things easy (like extracting every business day, between 8h00 and 17h00 from a really long timeseries)

Christian,
I'm interested in taking a look. I'm familiar with both python and pandas so that should help a little.
Let me know what would be best steps.
