Project Haystack documentation on Time Zone (http://project-haystack.org/doc/TimeZones) points to a website that is no longer maintained (twinsun.com/tz/tz-link.htm) - the FTP links on the website or their mailist are not working anymore.
Thanks, looks like new link is https://www.iana.org/time-zones. I pushed a fix which will be in next site update

Thanks, looks like new link is https://www.iana.org/time-zones. I pushed a fix which will be in next site update
